We have determined that this is due to a Licensing issue and to correct this problem please complete the following steps:
1. Close all Microsoft Products on your computer.
2. Open Word and click on Account.
3. Under User Information click on Sign Out.
4. You will be prompted with a Sign out of Office box.
5. Click on Sign Out.
6. Close Word and then Open Word again.
7. You will be prompted to sign back in. Click on the Sign In button.
8. Using your Email please sign in and the issue should be resolved.
