Computing Technology Support – Annual

Where a department or program wishes to obtain a more consistent level of support for their computer technology (over and above simply submitting tickets as required using the Computing Technology Support – On Demand service) MedIT may enter into an annual agreement to provide such support. Such agreements will be for a period of no less than 1 year. The agreement will specify the type(s) of support required (service descriptions), what is covered under the agreement, the frequency and schedule of service, the cost, procedures for requesting and tracking support, and other relevant issues. There is no standard offering—the service available depends on the need, and on the staff available.
