Computing Technology Support – On Demand

Provide users and department with on-demand support for computers and devices which are the property of Temerty Faculty of Medicine. We support: • Windows and Mac installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support • Dell hardware purchasing, configuration, troubleshooting, and support (PC and laptops) • Mobile devices basic troubleshooting and support • Basic network equipment troubleshooting (switches, optical circuits, and cables) • Application support: MS Office (e-mail, Word, Excel) e-token, antivirus, and local backup We work with ITS to provide network engineering and major installation services.
