Zoom Support
- provide a Zoom account, if you do not have one appropriate for the type of session you are planning, with capacity for up to 500 participants in a meeting or webinar
- configure the session to your specifications, such as the preferred view, breakouts, registration, etc.
- a technician can stay throughout the session to monitor and assist as necessary, or we can start the session and host can be passed to you to manage it
- short sessions or multi-day conferences
- provide testing sessions with any presenters or panelists prior to the actual date to check on internet stability, audio, and video
- option to record; option to edit recordings; options to provide you the video file or a link or embed code to the video.
